Owens music professor Eric Wallack performed and demonstrated the Chapman Stick, a musical instrument, during the Electric Lunch on Monday at the College of Fine & Performing Arts Rotunda at the Owens Community College Oregon campus.

The Chapman Stick is a part of the string family, and can play more notes simultaneously than any other stringed instrument. It is considerably longer and wider than a guitar fret board. This Electric Lunch was hosted because Wallack wanted to share his love of music with his friends and colleagues. The audience consisted of administrators, lab coordinators, faculty, the Owens President Steve Robinson and Dean Michael Sander.
